The version of jQuery UI used by this module is quite old, and needs to be updated. Is there a reason this has been held back? There are some pretty bad accessibility issues in 1.10.2 (aria-expanded attributes on accordions). If there are jQuery compatibility concerns, perhaps, 1.11.4 would be sufficient?

markhalliwellSee related issue for a "reason". Also, please search a project's issue queue before duplicating existing ones... there's a couple of these already.

chrisgross CreditAttribution: chrisgross commentedI did use the search. This is about jQuery UI, of which there is no mention in that issue, so I don't see how this is a duplicate. I also searched for '1.12.1' and there are no results. Newer versions of jQuery UI are compatible with the older versions of jQuery in this module, so they do not need to be updated for this to happen.

markhalliwellYou obviously didn't search for jQuery UI.
Also, while that related issue doesn't mention jQuery UI specifically, it does have a child issue for this topic.
It also mentions #1869928: Better CDN/API/automation support, which would inherently "update" all versions of JS we currently support automatically; simply based on using a CDN API.
So yes, this is a duplicate of existing efforts.
