When using References Dialog with Fieldable Panels Panes and Panels IPE to add or edit panes, the Panels IPE modal overlaps/blocks out the Reference Dialog modal which renders editing or adding a node from References Dialog useless.

Since References Dialog relies on jQuery Update and more specifically jquery.ui.core.css, I figured the patch should go here. Not sure if others might need use of this too since this should be changed for other options that make use of .ui-front class.

We don't change the external libraries. If you want different configuration, you'll need to implement your own implementation.
