Do other people get javascript errors upon entering page
node/add/blog
(I think similar edit pages that use jquery)
I am using win98 IE 5.00. (I know no update on the IE and its very old system)
its not one system only (I know lots of people that have this configuration)
well anyway Iam not proposing that jquery should work with IE5 but isn't there anyway that we can make it degrade gracefully on older browsers (the the editing options are not displayed with this configuration since)

mfredrickson commentedHi-
You're in the wrong issue queue. This contributed module only provides jQuery support for Drupal 4.7. Drupal 5 ships with jQuery built-in. I think you want to go to core drupal issue queue to file a bug:
http://drupal.org/project/drupal
Good luck,
