On this site i see jplayer that remembers current track and time in Local storage.
So that F5 (page refresh), closing and opening same page doesn't return play head to start/zero position.

I can't get to that site to see how jPlayer is configured. Usually this is a custom configuration that can be done with JS, not necessarily something the module will be able to provide. If you could see where the JS is doing this auto-resume, I'd consider a patch that adds it to the settings.
