As a follow-up to #1046744: Remove Direct Link to Mp3, I'd like to request the ability to direct link to MP3 files again. This should be configurable so people can choose whether to allow this or not, and not have this hard-coded into the module.

This patch adds an option to the jPlayer admin form (/admin/config/media/jplayer) to disable the right-click context menu or not.
