ADDITIONS:
- added new 'expires' setting on node forms so posting creator can decide
whether or not a particular posting should be associated with a deadline or
made 'permanent'.
- schema change: new 'expires' field added to job_posting table to accommodate
the new 'expires' feature above.
- added new admin setting for toggling between ascending and descending sort order
by creation date for node listings.

#252464 Bug Fix: Redundant 'read more' links were being created on node listings in teaser mode

Fixed some incorrect tags in included files.
