jcarousel 6.x-2.3

The 2.3 release of jCarousel module makes several improvements to the Views integration of jCarousel. Several issues with relative filters and dates have been corrected as well as broader compatibility with Views 3 (the Views 2 version is of course still supported also).

#1049742: Problem with "Language = Default site language" view filter
#1046238: Increase "easing" textfield maxlength (current is too small)
