Port custom Grid Builder component to Rivet.

  • Use Rivet Grid layout classes. https://rivet.iu.edu/components/grid/
  • Spacing classes per Section and Region.
  • Column sizing options at sm, md, lg, xl, xxl.
  • Column border right option at sm, md, lg, xl, xxl.
