In the latest distro of IssueQ, the Node Type Flag module is enabled. However, it is now obsolete and a security vulnerability. Are there any plans to replace it's functionality. Should we just disable this module?

Thanks for reporting, this has been fixed in git. The Node Type Flag module should be disabled, uninstalled and removed.
