Yes, it is planned; the technical details are being discussed (eg. what should the user provide, how should the IQ site interact with the git repo and/or vice versa, etc). As we opened IssueQ free of charge to the community, at the moment we do not have the resources to widen its functionality. But we have started a drupalfundus project, please check it here. Should this project be succesful, we are going to prioritize tasks based on the feedbacks.
