Release notes

A big thanks to JohnV for all his help and work on polishing the D6 version and creating this D7 release. Once I did all the feature upgrades from 6.x-1.x to the 2.x branch, his help was invaluable. See #1151458: Drupal 7 version (and updates to 6.x-2.x branch) for more.

This is as close a clone of the 6.x-2.x branch as we could manage, but with all the recent good work in #1263234: Cookies set on all pages even outside listed login pages too.

Please test to help us get to a 7.x-2.0 release ASAP!
