Undefined 'extrernal' (+Solution)

Getting an "Undefined index: external .... /language.inc on line 109"

I found a solution at #481856: Notice thrown if option 'external' not set - it's for global redirect module, but changing line 180 on ip2locale.module as proposed fixes this problem.
