As an admin, I can see the Invites tab of another user.

However, the view is empty, because the view's filter is tied to the current user.

Either:

- the intention is that this view is ONLY for the user for whom it is a tab. In which case, even as an admin, I should not be able to see it.
- it's meant to be visible by the user, and also by admins. In which case, the filter needs fixing.
