Support for Drupal 7 is ending on 5 January 2025—it’s time to migrate to Drupal 10! Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.
This release fixes a critical bug in the 1.0 release caused by me forgetting to remove the last remnants of the old Drupal 6 code. Sorry about that. There are no other changes.
This is a complete and total rewrite of Invisimail for Drupal 7. Gone is the old one-off clunky hard-coded mess. Now it is a pluggable, extensible framework for anti-spammer email encoding via filter, formatter, or direct API calls. Two encoders are provided, with individual configuration, and support for more is dead simple. No regex needed!
The documentation should be reasonably complete, although the invisimail.api.php file could stand to be improved a bit. It should also now be very unit testable, although those tests have not yet been written. Patches welcome. ;-)
Development branch for Drupal 7. It is not guaranteed to be stable or work at all at any given point in time. It *probably* won't destroy your data, eat your children, and steal your girlfriend, but I cannot actually promise that.
This is a major cleanup of the Drupal 6 version of invisimail. It will also be the last (probably). The next step is to branch a Drupal 7 version. All future feature requests should be filed against that version. The Drupal 6 branch is now in critical-maintenance-only mode.
