I updated core to the latest version following a security release and am using the latest version of insert. I noticed to-day that if I go into an existing node that has used insert and try to update the text I get thrown an error:
'Referencing to the file used in the field is not allowed"
My content type has not changed since I built the site and I can create new content without issues i.e inserting an image uploaded into wysiwyg editor.
Any suggestions?
regards,
Jon

EDIT: Probably related filefield issue => https://www.drupal.org/node/2305969
