I tried to do a new release for the thunder distribution today but failed and got this message instead:
Packaging error messages
Build for drupal-org.make failed:
No release history was found for the requested project (harbourmaster).
No release history was found for the requested project (infinite_module).
No release history was found for the requested project (infinite).
All three projects are sandbox projects, but this has never been a problem before. The last successful release was on July 3rd: https://www.drupal.org/project/thunder/releases
Did something change? Will it be possible again to package a distribution with sandbox projects?
Best regards,
Daniel

drummYes, we finally got #2281721: Update Drupal.org's drush make for distro packaging so distros are not forced to nest contrib projects inside contrib projects done. Packaging now uses drush 8.1.12.

chr.fritschAnd thats related to our problem? https://www.drupal.org/project/drupalorg_drush doesn't complain about the makefile and our drush make based travis build is also running well https://travis-ci.org/BurdaMagazinOrg/thunder-distribution/jobs/25434061...

drummLikely, that’s what changed recently. I’ll be able to investigate some time this week.
What version of Drush is your Travis build running?

chr.fritsch8.1.12 as well

drummRelease history fetching errors are now ignored, unblocking packaging of https://www.drupal.org/project/thunder/releases/8.x-2.4.
