Trying to use fasttogle (blocking users) ends in an Ajax error, doing it from the profile form in a gateway error whitescreen. The action goes through though as upon page reload the user is blocked and I get this message:Error -1 request timed out for site at https://latinamerica2015.drupal.org/

This is related to the db3 outage last weekend. I think we can remove this site from bakery config and get it made static.

I've updated the configuration for latinamerica2015 to prevent these errors from happening. I agree that this site should be archived asap and removed from bakery.
