Release notes

Changes since 7.x-1.0-alpha1:

- new hook_file_references() implementation for a better filefield integration.
- new {imce_files} storing files created by IMCE
- new hook_file_delete() implementation
- Make private file serving optional
- fixed disappearing imce links on node preview
- auto-resizing UI with respect to window size.
- Send to text is now "Insert file"
- New icon for Insert file operation.

Note: This release requires fresh install. No update path available from alpha1
