In IMCE there's the default behaviour for uploading files, wich works well but it's better to let the user decide what to do with the files. Therefor I've created a patch that will add an extra option to the default behaviour in the IMCE settings. When this last option is selected, the user can choose what to do when uploading files.

DamienMcKenna@nico.knaepen: Thanks for the patch. Please note that you should only set the "assigned" field to your name if you plan on working on something, otherwise leave it unassigned.

paulocsHello,
I tested the patch #7 and it works good. Now if the common permission is set to "Let the user decide which option to choose", the user can choose what he wants to do with the file. I just did a english correction. I changed "wich" to "which" so I'll let as RTBC
