Initial release of version 2 imagepicker module.

This is a development release version 2 for Drupal 5. It contains many new features including a new file structure, public groups and role restrictions. Thanks to vishun for the latter.
Initial release of Version 2 of imagepicker
This version uses the user uid to identify the directory images are stored in. The program will allow you to switch over to the more efficient and sensible uid method from the old abc directory structure. See the 'Validate Files' which will attempt to check wether there are any missing files or orphans lying around. If there are it will not let you change over.
What the 'Validate Files' function does NOT do is rewrite all your nodes to the new path. Too dangerous.
See the CHANGELOG for more up to date information.
