Thanks for creating this module, there're error after installing

Hi thanks for creating this module, but there are error after installing it.

and i think it seem thi module not working yet, when i palce [node:title] in the image field content type setting, then i edit title and alt field in the node with other text. But it still node title on the alt and title attribute
