imagefield_gallery 5.x-1.4

The module was always intended to generate its own css so that users could roll with a default. This never worked the way I want. This release is much closer, although I'm still a little fuzzy on the testing of it. More will become apparent when there is more than one gallery type to go around. I'll test this feature more later to make sure it's all working properly, but it's certainly better than what WAS there. Additionally a bug in the theme function handling has been fixed.
