Drupal 8.4.x changed the value of the submit button on the node edit form. Previously the submit button was labelled Save and publish. In Drupal 8.4.x the Published checkbox was reintroduced and the submit button was renamed to Save.

Since the admin test relies on the node edit form, it is necessary to use different labels for the submit button for different Drupal versions :/
