When using image_caption filter, when you specify a width for your image the width doesn't get applied to the caption.

Well to be exact, it gets applied but the wrapper span doesn't get display: block so the wodth doesn't have any effect on the wrapper span.

Here is a patch to fix it.

The patch also contains a change to the float line because it is related to this and could cause problems down the line if it is left as is.
