Image CAPTCHA refresh not working

Hi Guys,

I am facing issue with image captcha refresh. There is a link below the image captcha text is called "Generate new Captcha". When i click on the link its not regenerating the image text instead of redirect to new page with Json result.

See the below result which will display when i click on "Generate a new captcha" link
