Search Box in Primary Link area

I'm trying to get the search box to sit nicely on the same horizontal axis as the primary link items. I can only seem to get it to sit above or beneath these links. Any suggestions how I can get it to work? I'm really new to drupal, and web dev generally, but I've been messing around with some php/css trying to get it right.
