Defining a common API for all systems to share information:

Note: this has implicit a development inside system about which users or groups decide to share their information to the whole network.
2. A collective development of tools based in this common API: new front end and mobile app.
Since we have a common API, we can develop common tools: new adaptative js front-end compatible with browsers and as native apps.
