Ajax Calendar widget and Rubik admin theme

The Rubik admin theme is usually a very good theme to enable for content/node editing, but it doesn't seem to work well with the Ajaxy Calendar widget. See the screenshot; it gets "scrunched up." Any idea how to make this look right with Rubik? Maybe the issue should be posted with the theme, not with this module?
