The reporting Organisation (field_reporting_organisation) should be changed to a node-reference field.

The Organisation Name, Reference and Language should be taken from the referred organisation. The "field_iati_org_type" should still be available.

It is better to implement this as a relation instead of a field collection. Before you implement, please discuss with Jan or Reinier.
