i18n_boxes_form_alter() checks if 'i18n_blocks' is enabled, and if so, hides the Languages fieldset.

Problem is, the module is actually called 'i18n_block'—singular, not plural—so it never hides that fieldset.

This might have changed between 6 and 7. The key of the Languages fieldset also changed, from 'i18n' to 'i18n_block.'
