Wow, great module. Sadly, I ran into two problems, both with version 5.x-1.3 and 5.x-1.x-dev.

1. I have a production site on a server and a local development site on my desktop machine, which only loosely resembles the production one. I installed HG on my desktop, and for some reason it generated a graph based on the menu structures in the production site. In addition, the graph flickered wildly. Emptying the browser cache and even restarting the browser didn't help.

2. I installed HG on the production server and the graph generated was correct and the flickering stopped. However the links behind the leaves of the graph were generated relative to the page being displayed. For example, if the displayed page is ...../node/334 and I want to go to ...../node/473, clicking on the leaf that should get me there actually generates the URL ..../node/node/473, which doesn't exist. Similarly, trying to go to a FAQ list at ..../faq/43 generates ..../node/faq/43, also invalid.

I'm using clean URLs. Client is Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard), browser is Safari, but the same behaviour occurs with Mac Firefox and Windows Firefox.

Any ideas?
