span styles stripped from paragraphs on save

To reproduce, install the paragraphs, htmlpurifier, and CKEditor Color Button modules.

Enable htmlpurifier, and then simply save any content type with paragraphs where either a text color or text background color has been applied. Upon saving the color will be removed.
