The installation of the module won't pass the requirements in certaines cases.
For example, if we have one main installation profile and a second one that inherit the first one.
The libraries module would reside in the inherited profile and won't be found by the requirements code.
Here is a fix for this issue.

This is fixed in version 2.x. It uses libraries api version 2.x and in that case, it isn't a problem. The major difference between 1.x and 2.x of htmlpurifier is the libraries support. So just upgrade.
