Rules issue

Dear all,

I installed html mail with echo turned on, with mail system and smtp modul on.
Works well, i'm sending test emails perfectly !

However, when i creat a rule, with a loop to specific users define in the rule, i face several issues:
-It show a message like "you don't have the authorization to see the content". Even if the content is public.
-The templates is different. I set up a sub theme, but it's sending emails with the default site theme.

When i turn off echo, doesn't work any more...

Any suggestion ?
