Release notes

- Update to 5.0
- change starting of Xinha to use new method.

Major change to how Xinha is started to use add editor="xinha" to the textarea line and then using $('textarea[@editor="xinha"]').each() to locate all the textareas to convert.

- No longer supporting HTMLArea.
