Next step for the aegir community site - Post OA 1.x

@cweagans created an archive which is now served on: http://community-archive.aegirproject.org

Storage is on: https://github.com/aegir-project/community-archive/

For the replacement vhost I suggest:

• redirect /issues to the combined issue queues
• redirect /archive to http://community-archive.aegirproject.org/
• redirect / and anything else to https://aegir.readthedocs.org/en/3.x/help/contact/ (which has a link to the communitysite archive)

I've prepared a vhost on our project server with rewrite rules as per #1.

We just have to update the DNS ...

I've also removed the login links and search from the archived page headers... and added a note to indicate it's an archive.

as @ergonlogic added an even better banner to the archive I think we're ready to update the DNS. So I just did.

The CNAME previously pointed to: lb.aegir.koumbit.net.

Last TODO would be to notify koumbit that the site can be removed from their servers.

I've now updated the CNAME file and DNS record to point http://community.aegirproject.org/ to github-pages, and let http://community-archive.aegirproject.org/ be redirected to it.

One extra page of interest is /donate which has a few direct links to it, e.g. the support block we added in the hostmaster profile. We need to create a replacement for that.

I just mailed Koumbit to let them remove the old site.
