View access and watchdog (syslog) logs

Problem/Motivation

The error.log can be seen, but there's no option to view access.log; or, if configured - a syslog. The syslog requires further configuration on the system outside the scope of this module.

Two new tabs under the "Error Logs" tab - one of .access.log, the other for .syslog.log
