Provides a provision command and a task in the hostmaster interface to create backups using drush archive-dump instead of the normal provision-backup code.
These backups cannot be used for restores through the interface. It is meant to be used by to get a backup which may include more (eg. follow symlinks) than the provision-backup dump provides.
