Unhandled? I'm seeing this on the overview page

Hi,

I'm not sure what "Unhandled" actually means and what I can do about it. I can see this on admin/config/system/computing.

On the admin/config/system/computing/records page, the status reads: Ready (RDY). No output is displayed.

It seems to me that the recommender isn't computing. I'm running the drush command: drush recommender-run

Have you got any obvious things to try?

Any pointers always welcomed.
