I am seeking for a CRM that allows me to manage all the users I have on 5 different websites that are sharing a drupal7-core and additionnal modules (a multisite installation). Highrise seems to be a good option but I want to know

1. if I can sync all my drupal users to my Highrise DB and my Highrise DB to users in the right website. So for e.g. if a user changes his phone number, it should be sync to his profile on my Highrise account. Also, if I change his e-mail, it is synchronised on the website(s) he has a user account.

2. I have users linked to organisations (entity_ref) on my website. So is this module will keep these relations alive?

I uploaded the highrise integration module and activated it on one of the website I manage and I didn't see any change. Where can I set it up? I didn't see anything on the webform. (this answer will certainly be used as documentation ;-) )
