When I add a new value to a taxonomy hierarchy and I clear all caches the Hierarchical Select do not reflect the changes and show the old values only.

How to reproduce:

* Use Hierarchical Select to display a taxonomy term
* Add a new value to the taxonomy term e.g. add level 3
* Clear all caches
* Use Hierarchical Select to display the same taxonomy term again
** Expected: the new taxonomy term should be selectable
** Bug; the new taxonomy is not there

@Lemontonix would you be able to provide a patch to fix this issue?

Perhaps have a look at the code and see if there's any caching going on that bypassed the drupal caching system?
