Adding images to the stream

!username has added a new picture: (open"a" anchor)a href="node/[node:nid]"(close anchor) (open anchor)img src="/sites/default/files/galleries/1/hi.jpg" alt="" height="80" width="80"(close anchor)(close "a" anchor)

If I use the above message, the image is displayed but clicking on it takes me to a page that has the following URL: example,com/node/[node:nid] page. It doesn't fall back onto the node page.

If I replace the "1" (for user #1) in the path with [current-user:uid] then the image no longer show. Let alone for other tokens such as the file name.

The tokens are totally ineffective.

Is there a way to fix this?
