Hi,

how can I add a space between the display of the title of a displayed comment and the comment itself?

At the Moment the display looks like this:

Marc-Admin commented on SomeNode: Comment title[the space should be her]Comment body.

Alternatively, i would like to know, how to just show the title, without the body of the comment.

You are doing this with rules I persume ... so just add the space in the message template ... Heartbeat ships with a couple of templates but they are easily reconfigured (read : overridden).
Secondly, don't use the body of the comment if you don't want to ... these are just configurations. The structure of the message is handled in the heartbeat template, so if you don't use a variable holder for the body, then you won't need to select that variable in the rules UI.
