Any plans to integrate with services module

I have begun working on a services 2x implementation for a client and should be able to post something in the future. It would probably be good to port this to services 3x and Drupal 7 as well.

At the moment it uses an adjusted version of some of the core message building functions to return heartbeat message info with the template replacements and variables available so that you can build stream replicas in the implementation consuming the resource. This is primarily because themed HTML output doesn't have much mileage on anything incapable of rendering web pages. Not to mention links and such likely require different non-web based "links".
