How to use the module?

Hi,
Thanks for this module which seems to add what I was looking for in term of content publishing workflow, but I'm somehow lost after the install.

I'm seen the new vertical tab while editing a node (Planning state), however I don't see any change in the Content admin (admin/content) where content Statut still show 'published' without any UI change about the publishing state.

I am certainly missing something. Could any one please point out what it is?
