Add more silly effects

Problem/Motivation

Had the idea of hideous claws cutting a slit in the paper to abduct individual letters on the page.
The enclosed v1.1.0 of Halloween Lights is not exactly Pixar quality, but it's a start. A few hours with Claude or ChatGPT might yield a much better animation.

Steps to reproduce

Install the attached module on some test site, go to the configuration page and Enable character abduction and/or Enable character substitution.
Eerie stuff sshould then happen on non admin pages within the content section. Be patient (pages tend to be long these days).

If nothing else comes of this, do put the line
configure: halloween_lights.halloween_lights_admin_settings
in
halloween_lights.info.yml
That way the user of Halloween Lights will get a flying start.
