h5p 7.x-1.10

This 7.x-1.10 release fixes a problem in 7.x-1.9 where sites using the resume(save content state) feature couldn't use the current version of coursepresentation.

These are the fixes from 7.x-1.9:
This release adds some new features and the newest version of the H5P API allowing users to use the upcoming september 2015 version of the H5P libraries.
