We don't want the Inserter to list blocks that don't work.

Solution: Unregister blocks that don't make sense in Drupal. That means the whole Widgets category (http://take.ms/p79Td) and also most blocks form Drupal core. I suggest ALL blocks that don't currently work or make sense, are removed. Then they can potentially be slowly added back in.

Only the Widgets blocked unregistered, or also some of the Drupal blocks?

Also some of Drupal blocks:

  • all categorized as core
  • Messages
  • Main block - quite unpredictable results if included ;)
  • Shortcuts
  • Admin menu
  • Help
