No way to set gtranslate_method

Problem:

After configuring the module to use either Subdirectory or Subdomain, and then back to on the fly, the language links don't work.

Exlporation:
What happens is if either of the gtranslate_pro or gtranslate_enterprise variables are set, they will trigger setting the gtranslate_method to redirect. There's no way through the UI to reset the variable back to onfly.

Solution:
Burn it down
