Hi all,

I think gtranslate is a great module that use google translation to translate the website content on front-end. However, Entity translation is also a very good module to add manual translation to content. I believe for most site there will be some content translate manually for more precision requirement and others can just be translated by google.

So, my question is that how to combine these two module together, like, when I choose language from a block, both entity translation and gtranslate will be triggered, and entity translation content will have higher priority.

I hope someone can figure out a way to make it happened. Any idea will be helpful.

Thanks!

+1 for this.

I'm currently looking at using geolocation to show GTranslate for those countries where no translation exists for the main language in that country (e.g. GTranslate in France since I have no French translation) and the Drupal Language switcher language dropdown for those countries where the content has been translated for that language (e.g. in Denmark you see the Drupal language switcher dropdown, including Danish, instead).

It would be preferable if there was a way to merge my translated languages into the GTranslate dropdown, i.e. override the GTranslate language dropdown so it shows my translations rather than the GTranslate translations.
